At Feivon, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your purchase is not quite right, we're here to help with a clear and transparent return and refund process. Please read the policy below before submitting a return request.

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within this period at no return processing fee and no restocking fee.

If your purchase was made during an extended holiday shopping season (for example, orders placed during the Christmas holiday period), we may extend the return window. Any seasonal extension will be clearly stated on our website when applicable.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Free from visible signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Packed in the original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was received:

  • Feivon will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • No return processing fee or restocking fee will be charged.

If the customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons (buyer's remorse), such as:

  • Ordered by mistake
  • No longer needed
  • Changed mind
  • Purchased the wrong size, model, or color

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Even in these cases:

  • No return processing fee
  • No restocking fee

will ever be charged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing clear signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • Products missing original packaging, labels, or included accessories.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Items returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Contact our customer support by email at service@feivon.com within the applicable return period.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (required for damaged or defective items)

Step 2

Our support team will review your request and respond with return instructions.

If the return is approved because of a product defect or shipping damage, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For buyer's remorse returns, customers will receive the return instructions and are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Step 3

Package the item securely and send it to the authorized return address shown below.

All approved returns must be mailed to the following address. Returns sent to any other address may experience processing delays or may not be accepted.

Please do not send any return package until your return request has been approved by our customer support team.

Return Processing Time

Once your returned package is delivered to our return facility, please allow 5–7 calendar days for inspection and return processing.

If additional information is required, our customer support team will contact you by email.

Refund Processing

After your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Replacement orders are processed after the returned item has been verified.

Shipping Charges

The original shipping charge $6.99(if any) is generally non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped by Feivon.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Orders that qualified for free shipping remain eligible under our shipping policy. If a return is requested due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible only for the return shipping cost.
